Adagio Teas Retail Experience

Adagio, a US-based online tea company, sources its products globally and prioritizes relationships with traditional farmers. Despite its e-commerce focus, Adagio aims to enhance its brand with a flagship retail store.

 

The store offers a unique journey, guiding customers through the tea-making process, engaging all five senses. Beginning in the plantation room, visitors encounter real tea plants and immersive videos.

 

In the withering room, customers witness tea leaves drying under sunlight through a glass floor, while also experiencing hands-on elements. Videos simulate the withering process, immersing visitors in a tea farm atmosphere.

 

The processing room showcases tea processing methods, steaming, and pan frying, engaging customers with real equipment.

 

Finally, in the retail area, customers explore various teas through scent and taste, aided by touch screens for information. The tea cafe offers an opportunity to savor teas, and a workshop space hosts educational sessions on tea types and brewing techniques.
